Q: How do I use my makeup remover?
- WASH – Wash eraser prior to first use (as per instructions)
- WET – Use warm water and wet well
- ERASE – Using the side without the tag, gently rub off makeup in a circular motion. Then flip remover to side with tag to exfoliate.
- WASH – Wash and dry as per instructions on tag.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Please create an account by clicking the “My Account” link. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
Q: Do you accept payment other than credit card?
A: You can pay for orders with a debit card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Network or American Express. You can also pay with PayPal.

Q: What do I do if I received the wrong product?
A: When there is a shipping discrepancy, we will honor them if they are reported to us within 12 business days of the delivery.

A: All orders that are placed after 3 pm EST Standard time will be processed and shipped out the following business day.
Q: How do I use my giftcard?
A: To redeem a gift certificate at Kysienn Accessories, follow the simple steps below.
- You need your unique gift certificate code, which is part of the gift certificate that was emailed to you as an attachment.
- Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.
- Click the ‘View Cart’ link to view the contents of your shopping cart. Go to the bottom of the Checkout to view gift card field.
- Type your gift certificate code in to the ‘Have a Gift Card’ box and click ‘Apply Gift Card’.
